It is important that the GCA Inspection remains a relevant, useful, business improvement/management tool for the members. To ensure that the process is evaluated each year and to help improve the form in years to come, we appreciate the time you take to complete this form.
When answering the questions please consider the answers in the following context; the professionalism of the inspector, whether the comments your inspector made were valid or not, how constructive and useful you found their feedback and the usefulness of the visit overall; regardless of the score you may have achieved.
The answers you give are treated in the strictest confidence and your responses will not be shown directly to the inspectors nor attributed to you.
