I warn you upfront that it is long, but we need it to be in order to establish a clear picture of where the profession is heading. It should take approx 40 minutes to complete.
We appreciate your time in contributing to ensure that we can send HR departments and businesses hard data to help them to understand your role.
This is a global survey so the term 'Administrative Professional' covers different titles such as PA, EA, VA, Secretary, Office Manager etc. It is impossible to name all titles (so far we have found 162 of them) so the general term is used for the purpose of having one description to cover all.
