This year Children in Scotland is celebrating its 25th birthday.

Please take part in our anniversary project researching 25 Calls to change children's lives for the better by 2043.

We'd like to know:

• What changes would you call for to ensure children thrive, experience their rights, and enjoy equality?

To get you started, we've suggested a series of broad topic headings, ranging from young people’s participation to peace, under which you can make a call.

We've also included space at the end for other suggestions that may not fit any of these categories.

The themes we’re suggesting have been chosen in line with the ‘hot topics’ chosen by our children and young people’s advisory group, Changing our World, and our key areas of work and strategic plan.

You can make a call under as few or as many of the headings as you’d like.

Please keep your calls limited to one or two sentences and around 50 words.

For example, a call might be: 'Votes for 16 and 17-year-olds should be introduced in elections UK-wide. This would give young people a stake in the future, and research shows the earlier the age at which people vote, the more likely they are to continue to participate in politics.'

When all the results are collated in April, we will contact you about whether your call will feature on the final list of 25.

Contributions that don't make the final list may be included in a complementary blog series later this year and shared with our network.
