Essex and Southend Therapies Project: Consultation for Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service - Public Health

Background information
Essex County Council, Southend on Sea Borough Council and the NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups across Essex and Southend have commissioned an ambitious project to improve children's therapy services including speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and physiotherapy.
This short survey asks for your views about the therapy services. We shall be in touch again later in the project to ask about the provisions available and gaps in provision.
This survey will be available online until midnight on Tuesday 31 August.
