Thank you for agreeing to be part of this survey which is a joint survey between Crystal Palace Football Club and British Transport Police. Together we would like to ensure that your journeys to and from Football matches are as safe as possible. The results of this survey will be used alongside results from other football clubs to improve the safety of young fans travelling to football.
This survey is being carried out by the club, it is anonymous and voluntary. The results will be recorded and shared with British Transport Police.
At the end of the survey there is a voluntary opportunity to provide your details if you want to help more in this area.
