Pharmacy Needs Assessment Public Survey

Section 1: How you use pharmacies

We would like your help to improve what is on offer in our local pharmacies by answering a few questions about the way you use them.

Your responses will help us to write a local Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA), which will help to ensure that your local pharmacy services provide what you need both now and in the future.
