A survey to gauge awareness of, and demand for, green and environmentally friendly funeral services.  All responses are in strict confidence.  Results and some statements from the survey will be published and available to all free of charge.  Please feel free to provide as much additional information as you wish.  All will help ensure a greater understanding within funeral service of client needs.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes.

The survey will be available from Friday 11th August 2023 to Thursday 21st September 2023.
