European Social Enterprise Monitor - ESEM |
Launched in 2020, the European Social Enterprise Monitor (ESEM), closes the current gap on social enterprise data to better inform decision-makers in government, civil society and the economy on the positive impact of social enterprise, their key role in achieving the UN SDGs, their challenges and needs. This provides social entrepreneurs the chance to influence EU and national policy-making and investment strategies and programs.
The ESEM is an bi-annual meta study, describing the results of an online survey, comprising social enterprise and start-up data at European and country level. The next ESEM survey will start in September.
