Moving on from school or college - questionnaire for university students

Two charities, The Alcohol Education Trust and The Daniel Spargo Mabbs Foundation, are developing support for sixth formers to prepare them for leaving school and heading off to college, university or their first job/apprenticeship. To help us know what is important to include in this, we'd really appreciate it if you'd complete this brief questionnaire by Friday 19th October to tell us about your own experiences. All responses are anonymous, but if you'd be happy to be more involved in our focus groups, then please enclose your email at the end of the questionnaire. Thanks so much for your help!
