NPS workload survey

Napo is conducting a survey of its NPS members as a means of evidencing how workloads have been affected since the split. Your answers will allow us to get a better understanding of the way cases are being allocated, how existing workload measurement tools fair and whether there are any disparities across the NPS regions.

Please note: this survey is not applicable to admin grades. If you are in an administrative post and have received this survey in error, please email membership@napo.org.uk so we can update the information we have for you on our system.
