Healthwatch Worcestershire provides an independent voice for people who use publicly funded health and social care services. Our role is to ensure that people's views are listened to and fed back to services in order to improve them.

In 2018 we talked to people using Adult Social Work services to find out their experience of the service. Since then the Three Conversations Model (3Cs) has been adopted across the County.

Please tell us your organisations view about the introduction by Worcestershire County Council (WCC) of the Three Conversations Model.

We will anonymise the information received, comments will not be attributable to a particular organisation. We may use the information to provide anonymised feedback to WCC and / or to help us decide whether further work is required. We may contact you to better understand your organisations views.
