Dear Participant,
The Research Committee of the UKRF are currently undertaking some research on the Reiki as Spiritual Practice to help us understand your practice of Reiki. This research will provide official documentation and research into the Reiki community to validate experiences beyond anecdotal reports and provide factual evidence and recorded experience regarding Reiki to a wider audience in terms of public, scientific, academic, and governmental engagement.
The survey will ask some questions about you and your experiences of Reiki as spiritual practice and should take approximately 5 minutes.
The information you provide will be anonymous, and we will ensure that an electronic tag (IP address) is not associated with the online survey to maintain your anonymity.
By clicking ‘submit’ at the end of the questionnaire, you are giving your consent for your information to be used as part of this research and for it to be used in public and wider engagement about Reiki and you understand that this is voluntary. Once you have clicked submit, you cannot request for you data to be withdrawn from the research as the information you have provided will be anonymised and we will have no way to determine which is your data.
The Research Committee will provide an analysis and report to the UKRF which will be made available to the membership and wider public in the future. This may lead to further research.
