Legal Iconoclasts  EXPO #2  16th May 2023:    Profit, Awareness, Strategy & Values

Welcome to the Legal Iconoclasts EXPO#2 survey.

Congratulations, as you fall into the definition of Legal  Iconoclast (after all...you have received this link), we would like to pick your brains and complete the survey we have created for EXPO#2.

Our aim is to find out a little more about how value-based pricing (VBP)  works in law firms and how your people embrace it, if at all! We want to discover opportunities and identify the  levers to pull and low hanging fruit to help identify and generate more value for the firm, clients and create a better work-life balance for those who work in the legal profession.

We have asked 24 questions and it  will take about 10-15  minutes to answer them all. We have also asked for your comments, so feel free to use the comments box. We suspect the shared knowledge from the comments will be really interesting- so fill your boots and the boxes!

Everyone participating in EXPO#2 and those who have received details about it, have had the same link from us, so we can’t track who says what. It is completely anonymous.

If you do take part, you can gain a copy of the complete findings and ideas on best practice, if you send an email to shaun@bigyellowpenguin.co.uk. Hopefully this will help you identify how to improve the profitability of your firm.
