● A long-term plan (10+ years), supported across the political spectrum, would strengthen the English education system and help tackle the most pressing issues.
● This plan should be created by a broad range of stakeholders working together - including parents, teachers, learners, education leaders, industry leaders and education experts.
● This work should be supported by an independent and politically neutral organisation.
