About TAP
Tech Assistant Project (TAP) is delivered by One Place East, a disability-focused organisation based in Ilford, Redbridge. The project aims to support People with Disabilities to access the internet, live more independently at home and become less isolated and better-connected thanks to assistive technology. We ask anyone interested in TAP to complete the following survey to assist us in delivering TAP and ensure that participants get the most out of our project. The survey should take around 7-10 minutes to complete.

We process personal and sensitive data relating to those who register to attend One Place East services. We do this to assist us in the delivery of One Place East services.
The personal/sensitive data includes identifiers such as age group, ethnic background and gender. This information is used by One Place East to ensure we monitor the quality and relevance of services we offer to Redbridge’s diverse communities.
One Place East will not rent or sell your information. Where there is a legitimate and lawful (including statutory) reason to do so, we may disclose personal data to third parties. This could include sharing information with One Place East’s funders (this is a legal obligation) or referral partners. All feedback is anonymised and any identifying data removed for monitoring purposes.
We will only store your personal information for as long as we have a legal reason to do so.
