Unite In Cape Quality of Training Questionnaire |
Unite needs to know more about the training Cape Offshore afford employees
Unite In Cape recently ran a general members survey to find out what is happening for you at work and what you would like to see Unite campaigning on to change.
As part of an Organising Strategy in Cape Offshore, we want to work with you on the issues that are unique to Cape members and employees, as well as the bigger issues that affect many offshore workers.

The general survey showed that a lot of our members take issue with the way Cape manage training. Unfortunately, the general survey did not give us quite enough info to help mount a campaign. We would appreciate it if as many members and non-members as possible could take 5-10 minutes to let us know their thoughts on the quality and type of training Cape offer workers.
Please remember: Unite are taking a multi-layered approach to our work with offshore workers at present. We are also campaigning against the return of the Super Pumas to service on the UKCS. Shortly, we will also be launching a campaign on the 3&3.
