Age-friendly Sheffield 100 Voices

Understanding what an age-friendly city means to you.

This is an anonymous survey on behalf of Age-friendly Sheffield.

We are calling on the people of Sheffield to have their say and help design a city that they would be happy to grow older in through the 100 Voices project.

Please tell us what you think in this short survey. You only need to comment on the questions that feel important to you and you can skip past the others before you submit your survey. Thank you in advance for taking the time to help make Sheffield a brilliant city for all people to grow older in.

It is our ambition that the comments you leave will be used by policy makers, service providers, designers and planners, to listen to the voices of people who care about improving the city we all live in.

1.What does community mean to you and how can communities become stronger in Sheffield?
2.Why are green spaces important in your city and how might green spaces be improved in Sheffield?
3.How would you best describe a thriving and welcoming city centre and how does this fit with your view of Sheffield's city centre?
4.What role can we all play to make sure our city is environmentally sustainable now and in the future?
5.How can we better design an age-friendly city?
I.e. how can the city of Sheffield be more user-friendly for people of all ages?
6.How connected do you feel to people and places in Sheffield and how could your connection to people and places be improved?
7.How can Sheffield become fairer, more inclusive, and healthier as a city?
8.What could Sheffield do to strengthen its economy, so that people can live longer, healthier and happier lives?
