Do you feel equipped and confident to help young people deal with their mental health struggles? Please pick the answer that is closest to how you feel: I am competley confident - I feel that I would be able to identify if a young person was experiencing mental health difficulties, and would know what to do to try and help them. I know a bit and would be able to offer some direction or support to a young person - or am confident I could find out what to do. Really not sure either way Hmmm...feel a bit unsure that I know enough about what mental health struggles a young person might be having, and what I would do if I spotted this or a young person told me they were having difficulties.
