Rules of Origin - BEIS Survey

We have been requested by Government to provide feedback on Rules of Origin. They are entering final negotiations with the EU and questions around Rules of Origin will be important, particularly to our sector. To ensure those manufacturing products within the UK can use whatever deal is agreed, we have the following questions about your typical manufacturing process:
1.Which BPF Group does your company belong to?
2.Number of Employees:(Required.)
3.When you manufacture a product within the UK, are you typically changing the four digit HS tariff code? (e.g. do you bring in 3917 (tubes/pipes/hose) and change to a product with a different HS code?)
