Understanding the Agency Children’s Social Worker Experience

Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. The Children’s Social Worker workforce is increasingly reliant on agency resource and whilst there is a desire to build and strengthen the permanent workforce, it is recognised that agency workers are important members of the workforce.
This is an anonymous survey by an independent body, the results of which will be used to support learnings in the development of workforce initiatives to improve outcomes for children. The Regional Innovation and Improvement Alliance wish to explore the experience of agency workers and how Children’s Services can enhance their relationships with agency workers to improve opportunities for individuals, ensure an inclusive culture, provide support in the role and address disproportionality of the workforce.
