We want to find out how you have managed employees with Long Covid whether they are at work or off sick.

We will be using the results to produce some practical information for organisations to use in supporting Long Covid patients  
1.How many employees have been diagnosed with Long Covid 
2.Have you carried out a risk assessment to identify any issues that could be a barrier to the health  of your employee?
3.Have you looked the ACAS guidelines on Covid 19? 
4.What kind of communication have you had with employees with long covid while they have been off work?
5.Have you offered a phased return to work for any employee with long covid? 
6.Have you put in place any reasonable adjustments for employees returning back to work?
7.Have you had to change your sickness absence procedure due to employees with long covid? 
8.Do You have Private Health Insurance?
9.What do you think is your top two biggest difficulty in getting your employee back to work?
10.What kind of support would you want from your Long Covid Support unit to help you to return your member of staff to work
