For the ISP which provides the fixed wireless internet connectivity

This form must be submitted by 25th March 2016.

Judging criteria:

The shortlist will be determined using Thinkbroadband’s technical testing data, with the eventual winner determined by this, the below questions plus ISPAs judge's industry knowledge. Answers should consider the following:

•Price and value for money
•Time from order to delivery
•Contract options
•Geographical availability and accessibility
•Packages information
•Value added services
•The level of cap on the entrants’ broadband service
•Fair usage and traffic management policies
•Variety and scope of packages (consumer/business)
•Value added services consumer/business (hotspot locator)

Bearing in mind the judging criteria, entrants are required to answer the following questions using no more than 200 words per section. Please include any evidence within the given word limit.

ISPA judges may ask ISPA Secretariat to contact entrants to clarify any information given in the application.

The deadline for completion of this form is 25th March 2016. Forms submitted after this date will not be accepted.
