Introduction to this survey

As part of Inside Housing's Inclusive Futures campaign, we wanted to find more about how attitudes like homophobia, sexism, transphobia and racism might be experienced by housing sector staff - either overtly, in comments or inappropriate behaviour from colleagues, managers or tenants. We are also asking questions about sexual harassment.

The questions below relate to the characteristics protected in the Equality Act 2010 (age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, marriage and civil partnership, and pregnancy and maternity). We additionally ask about colleagues, tenants and others you encounter through work treating you differently because of your economic or class background, and nationality.

This survey is aimed at people who have experienced this directly - or witnessed such behaviour.

This is an anonymous survey, and respondents will not be identified. The responses to this survey will be used to write a story that will appear in Inside Housing magazine. At the end of the survey there will be an option to provide your contact details.
