Given the recent decision to reinstate an England wide lockdown, the Suffolk Collaborative Communities Board is reopening the Home But Not Alone service to support vulnerable people who are required to isolate which worked so effectively in wave 1. We are keen to support people to connect where possible with local support in their community and therefore following our recent communication we will be working closing with you to safely connect people with you where their needs match with the support you can provide.

Over the coming days we will be in contact with you to provide further details of the process and to ensure that you have the support you need once again at this time. In addition for any groups who have not yet had the opportunity to update their details please find a link to a web page where we are encouraging all groups to complete the questionnaire to ensure that we have the most up to date details for your community.

Thank you from the Suffolk Collaborative Communities Board
