Gambling Related Harm - Are You a Current Gambler?

Thank you for taking the time to complete this short questionnaire on behalf of Double Impact's 'Time Out' Gambling Project.
The focus of this survey is to establish the number of current gamblers who may identify as being a problem gambler/gambling addict and may wish to seek help and support within the Nottingham City area/Nottinghamshire.
The questionnaire should take no longer than 5 minutes of your time and your cooperation is very much appreciated.
