Baston, Langtoft and Thurlby Naturehood

Nature needs our help!  Too many once common species such as hedgehog, swift and tortoiseshell butterfly are in steep decline.  Losing nature on such a scale is an acute loss to our villages and to our everyday life.  As local people, we are determined to do what we can to reverse these declines and help nature recovery.

We are developing a nature recovery plan for the three parishes and need your help to find out what that plan should include; how you want to be involved and to understand what wildlife you currently see around the village.

Please complete this short survey of your ideas for nature in the parishes and the wildlife species that you see in your garden or from where you live.

We hope to repeat the survey twice a year to see how things are improving.
