Information Absorption/ Embedding Collaboratively

Innovating the Observation, Analysis, Absorption, Retention, Recall and Embodiment of Teachings

I'm a Student studying UX/UI Design at Ravensbourne University London. Your participation, with as much or little detail as you'd like, in this survey, will help me gather insights to inform the prototyping of a piece of new interactive merchandise aimed at catalysing the way in which Gen-Z readers are able to retain book knowledge.
Thanks, all the best.
1.Generally, would you say you read more fiction, or non fiction texts?
2.Our time in this life is limited, and thus most humans tend to associate importance around how they choose to spend their time. In as many or few words as you'd like, personally, why is it that you spend time reading/ listening to books?
3.For most readers, we read with an intention to take something away from a book, often in the form of new teachings and/or a sense fulfilment. Within this general sphere of intent, there are more niche desired takeaways, (be it, statistics, philosophies, instructions, facts, emotions, perspectives etc...), What takeaway categories best describe the substance you intend to absorb when reading?
4.On a scale of 1-10, (1 being unsuccessful, 10 being successful), how effectively do you feel you absorb/ internalise/ retain/ remember the takeaways you set out to from a book when reading?
5.On a scale of 1-10, (1 being, 'I find it hard to focus', and 10 being, 'I find it easy to focus'), how would you rate your ability to concentrate on one thing?
6.Everyone seems to learn somewhat differently, via different systems, methods and sensory approaches. In as many or few words as you'd like, How do you personally feel you learn best, (internalise information to an extent where it can be recalled/ embodied in life)?
7.Do you see collaboration and conversation as an important tool for education for you, or do you learn best uninterrupted?
8.Can you think of any struggles/ pain points/ shortcomings with the way you currently approach learning new information? (inability to concentrate, boredom, method difficulty etc...)
