The Foundation for Future Supply Chain in partnership with Ti is running its ‘Gender Diversity for Future Supply Chain’ study, starting with an online survey to assess people’s real experience of working in logistics and the supply chain.

Creating a more gender diverse workforce is a challenge faced by most industries – logistics and the supply chain is no exception. At an operational level, in addition to needing drivers and warehouse operatives, there are also requirements for business development and customer-facing personnel. But at an industry level the opportunities are endless with finance, sustainability, technology innovation … the list goes on.

The purpose of this research is to remove some of the perceived barriers for women, address the very real need for change and to raise awareness of the multitude of opportunities in this vibrant sector.

As a thank you, all participants will receive a free whitepaper highlighting the key findings from the survey.

We appreciate your time and input!
