On 1st April 2017 the Apprenticeship Levy came into effect as a way of creating apprenticeship growth and generating funding to pay for apprenticeship training. The introduction of this new reform means that employers with an annual paybill over £3 million must pay into the levy through HMRC. More information here
Calderdale Council and Calderdale College are conducting a survey of employers in the district that pay the Apprenticeship Levy, to find out about any challenges faced since it was introduced and how they could be resolved. This will help us to better understand how we can support businesses of all sizes and sectors so that they can maximise the benefits of the levy.
The survey will be treated anonymously and no names of employees or organisations will be shared in any resulting reports.
We’d like to thank you in advance for taking the time to complete the survey.
