This survey is part of the Management Consultancies Association Consulting Excellence initiative. It is aimed at users of consulting. It is unique in scope in that it is open to all buyers of consulting, whatever their size, sector, and irrespective of which consulting firms they use. It will help the consulting industry test its adherence to the tenets of the new Consulting Excellence initiative, especially those concerning client service and value.
Management consulting is a critical professional service and great British export. Consultants advise all sectors of the economy. They help clients achieve greater efficiency, cope with disruption, harness the power of digital, and grow.
Consulting Excellence represents the commitment of MCA members to uphold the highest standards of ethics and service, to deliver top quality consulting advice and support.
This is your opportunity to help shape the future of a service you use. You can feedback what you value in consulting. You can let us know where you think the industry is being successful. You can also raise concerns.
The findings will be set out in a public report. However, the anonymity of all participants will be scrupulously protected. No participant or their firm will be singled out in the findings or be otherwise identifiable.
If you would like to receive a copy of the report on publication, please include your name and email address in the optional space at the start of the questionnaire. This will not be otherwise disclosed or used for any other purpose.
The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
