Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing to the FLA Training Team at training@fla.org.uk

Any member cancelling a reservation will be entitled to a full refund if the cancellation is received 30 days prior to the start of the course. Cancellation after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
