Introduction to the University of Bolton Employee Association
To enhance a sense of community and following your input at the strategic workshops at the Lakeside Hotel and an 'all staff' email dated 18 September 2015, the University is creating an Employee Association and would like your views.
The Employee's Association's main purpose is to extend the staff experience. This focuses on the integration of staff with special interest groups, social events and benefits/discounts to enhance wellbeing and a greater sense of community.
This would involve a small membership fee which would enable staff to enjoy discounted services such as, gym membership, catering and subsidised events. The University will also be contributing to the Employee Association.
