North Yorkshire CYP MH Services are running a scoping project to support the transformation of services. We appreciate you taking the time to complete this survey which will provide us with insights from professionals and volunteers (people working with children and young people) who work with children and young people on a daily basis.

The scoping project will examine the system of services in North Yorkshire through several different methodologies and will result in a range of options and solutions to improve children and young people's mental health service pathways in NY. The final report will be considered by the North Yorkshire Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Partnership Board.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete and will be confidential.
We will use the information you share with us to track the progress of our work to improve CYP emotional wellbeing.
As professionals and volunteers (people working with children and young people)working on the front-line supporting children, you are best placed to provide us with this information that can support our understanding. Any advice you offer will contribute to developing a truly transformational piece of work that will support the children in our district for years to come.
Thank you for your help!
The survey will be open until the 31st March 2022
