All Stars Cricket is an initiative by the England and Wales Cricket Board aimed at providing children with a great first experience in cricket.
The programme is run for one hour a week for eight weeks between May and July at Cricket Clubs around Northamptonshire.
By registering for All Stars Cricket, kids will be guaranteed eight weeks of jam-packed fun, activity and skills development. The programme is suitable for all children new to cricket and sport as the sessions are designed to teach the basic skills of the game.
It's £40 to sign up, with this the Children receive their very own backpack, personalised t-shit, cricket bat, ball, hat and sticker book.
We understand it can be daunting for children with disabilities to integrate into these programmes, so wanted to understand the interest of running a Disability All Stars Cricket. Normally the programme is targeted at children aged 5 to 8, but for Children with Disabilities we're opening this up to ages 5 to 11.
We're planning to run the programme Saturday Mornings between 9am and 12pm at Northamptonshire County Cricket Clubs indoor arena.
For anyone who registers their interest, you will be entered into a prize draw to win a free place on the programme. Deadline for a chance of winning will be 28th February 2018, the winner will be announced the following week.
