4.What improvements could be made to make the blood test(phlebotomy) service better for children/young people with SEND?
5.Has your child missed important blood tests because they were unable to access the available services due to their SEND? How have you overcome this?
6.Has your child missed important innoculations(jabs) because they were unable to access the available services due to their SEND?
7.If you haven't been able to have blood tests done locally due to your child's SEND , have you tried any other services( privately ) to get a test done?
8.Have you used the service at Whipps Cross Hospital(Patricia Handley) which helps children with SEND/YP to manage a blood test?
9.Do you have any positive experiences when getting blood tests or jabs that you would recommend?
