The UK Government wants to change the way that disabled people and people with a health condition access and remain in employment.

By improving access to employment support, changing the work capability assessments, joining up health and employment services and supporting employers, the government aims to halve the disability employment gap, in the UK.

Disability Wales would like to hear your views on: using the current benefits system; going to a work capability assessment; being supported to find employment; being in work; and getting the correct support.

All views are important to us in representing the issues disabled people face in and out of work. Each section has a key question about your experiences. If you want to provide suggestions for what the Government can do to improve support you may wish to answer the additional questions too.

Thank you from all at Disability Wales.
