Return to Prison Visits

As Scotland moves forward in its routemap out of lockdown, the Scottish Prison Service is now carefully considering how to reintroduce face to face prison visits in the safest and best way possible for people in prison and their family members. Families Outside is collecting views from family members so that any plans accurately reflect the concerns, issues, and needs of the families who will be visiting. We would very much appreciate you taking the time to answer the following questions.

Please submit your responses no later than 5pm on Thursday the 16th of July. Thanks for your help!

Please remember, if you have questions or concerns that you would like to talk through, our Helpline is open from Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, call 0800 254 0088.
