NAT Survey: free formula milk provision to mothers living with HIV across London |
NAT (National AIDS Trust) wants to map the provision of free formula milk to mothers living with HIV across London as we are aware that provision is inconsistent. Please complete the survey to tell us whether free formula milk is being provided in your area. If not, it is just as important for us to know if there is a demand for free formula in areas where it is not being provided. The survey will take aproximately 10 minutes to complete - dependent on the information you have. By completing this survey, you will be helping NAT make the case for the provision of free formula for mothers living with HIV.
