This simple survey is anonymous and aims to establish the potential interest of local Service Providers in an App which enables interactive enquiries, bookings, payments and displays your information such as availability, reviews, pricing.  This App is specifically designed to increase Service Providers’ productivity & customer base, and therefore revenues.

6.How many booking requests do you receive per week that you can't fulfil due to unavailability, or distance/travel time?
7.How much time do you think you spend a week checking your diary when booking in appointments for customers?

14.In order for us create & launch a free to use app-based booking system for service providers and your customers, we will be charging a small premium to customers when they make a booking (say 50p, similar to Just Eat). Would you have any problems with customers paying this fee?
