Thank you for taking the time to complete this short survey.
As you will be acutely aware, Covid-19 has created significant challenges for public transport and exacerbated pressure on Local Government finances. A recent report from the National Audit Office has found that many Local Authorities were setting budgets for 2021-22 which are balanced through cuts to services and use of reserves.
RMT is seeking to understand the potential impact the Covid-19 pandemic may have on the provision of the UK’s local bus services.
We are grateful for any information you are able to provide regarding bus services within your Council.
