Did you know that if everyone on the planet lived as we do in the UK, we would need three planets to produce and absorb the natural resources we use?
We know that our work has a significant impact on the environment, from using energy to keep lights on in our office, the fuel we use to drive our vans, or the materials and process we use to build new homes. We’re working hard to reduce any negative impact our work has on the environment, but we need your help.
We’re working with our staff to create a One Planet Living action plan, which will help us make progress towards living within the means of our one planet, leaving plenty of resources for nature to thrive too. We’d like to work with you to create an action plan with our residents too.
The plan is based on ten principles covering all areas of sustainability, including reducing waste and energy use, improving people’s health and happiness, helping the local economy to thrive, and reducing inequality.
We’ve shared some ideas for projects or activities we could work on in the action plan to meet each principle. Please let us know which ideas you like or don’t like, and share your thoughts on what else we could do.

Although we can't guarantee that every idea suggested in this survey will be carried out, we will consider all suggestions and work with you to create an action plan.
This is your plan, and so we want you to have your say on what we do. It won’t work without you!
