Voting in the LGBTQ+ Network elections

CILIP's LGBTQ+ Network will be holding elections this autumn. All current members of the Network are eligible to vote, but to comply with GDPR, CILIP is required to first seek your consent to enter your email address into SurveyMonkey, the tool that will be used to administer the poll. Please see the disclaimer below.

The deadline for giving your consent is 5pm on 23rd October. Please be advised that if you miss this deadline, or you withhold your consent, you will be not be able to vote.

Please read the following disclaimer and tick the box below it if you consent to your email address being used in the manner outlined:

I give permission for CILIP to enter my email address into SurveyMonkey so that I can be sent a link to an online poll where I can vote in the 2020 LGBTQ+ Network elections. My email address will be deleted from SurveyMonkey one week after the election results are announced. Voting is anonymous, however I understand that SurveyMonkey records respondent IP addresses in backend logs and deletes them after 13 months.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time by emailing yvonne.morris@cilip.org.uk. Please note that if consent is withdrawn before the poll closes, any vote/s cast will not be counted.
