Consultation with Children and Young People

Development of Child/Family Health Hubs

The Child/Family Health Hubs project is an integrated approach to child health and has been operational since April 2020.

To date we have established two hubs, one in Crewe and another in Macclesfield. 

We would like to hear views/ideas/comments from the general public to create the best service.
1.What area do you live in? (Macclesfield, Crewe etc)
2.How old are you?
3.We are working towards an out of hours provisions for children and young people who attend A&E for physical health related issues. 
How strongly do you agree that this is the right area to be focussing on?
4.Are there any children's health services you think you or your family may need in the future which you don’t or can’t access now?
5.What days and time of day is best for you and your child/family to access health services/appointments?
6.Are there any areas that you feel we should consider in our future development of the child health programme?
7.Did you know you could access additional services such as housing advice, employment and education advice and debt counselling within our hubs?
