As part of our ongoing engagement with the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA), the Victorian Chapter of the Australian Institute of Architects is seeking feedback from members on their experiences working within this important sector. Your input will help us provide constructive, consolidated feedback on procurement, design, contract administration, and broader project processes, with the aim of strengthening collaboration between architects and the VSBA.

* Tender, Contract Administration and DLP – this relates to the tender phase of projects through to construction, handover and the defects liability period.. It includes all aspects during these phases including existing systems and frameworks as noted above, as well as working with other parties such as external Project Managers, the novation process if applicable, as well as the process for claiming payment through IPM as well as variations and disbursements.
