* 15. Mountain Biking is a great way to meet new people, learn and develop your riding skills and a healthy activity for our bodies and minds.

Every effort will be made to ensure your safety but it is important to recognize that off road cycling (mountain biking) does have risks of injury.

As a result, we encourage all riders to learn and develop but ride well within their capabilities so that it can remain fun and enjoyable, as it is important to recognize that off road riding on trails and uneven ground can be rewarding and challenging.
