Do you work with communities who may need social welfare advice in the London Borough of Hounslow?  Do you provide advice services or help people get advice?

Do you have personal experience of getting or needing social welfare advice in Hounslow, Feltham, Bedfont, Hanworth, Cranford, Heston, Isleworth, Brentford or Chiswick (anywhere in the area served by Hounslow Council)?

Social welfare advice includes help and support on things like welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment, consumer rights, family law, discrimination and immigration.

Hounslow Council is planning its investment in advice provision from April 2020 onwards, and AdviceUK Consulting has been asked by the council to review current social welfare advice and support in the borough.

Please use this page to give us feedback about your views or the experiences of people you work with.  There are just 4 short questions to answer, which you can see below.  Give as much or as little information as you are able.

Thank you for your help - contact details are at the bottom of the page if you have any questions, or want to find out more.

Question Title

* 1. Giving us contact details is helpful, but not necessary. If you give us personal information, we will only use it to contact you in relation to the Hounslow Advice Services Review.  See Survey Monkey's privacy policy for information on how they process data on our behalf.  You don't have to complete all boxes.

Question Title

* 3. As AdviceUK reviews advice provision in the borough, what do you think is the most important thing for us to be aware of, or look at in more detail?  We are particularly interested to understand people's experiences of getting advice.

Question Title

* 4. Please give us any further information about your experience or perspectives.  You might want to tell us about how things have happened recently, what is taking place now, or what the future might hold.  Let us know if you have other evidence that could be shared with AdviceUK: we want to understand the role that different organisations and groups play in providing advice and support.  With your permission, AdviceUK will acknowledge such contributions publicly.

Thank you for your time in completing this survey.

If you want to give your views and perspectives in another way, or send us more detailed information, you can:

- E-mail us at consulting@adviceuk.org.uk
- Call, text or WhatsApp us on 07840147782.  We are happy to call you back at a convenient time.
- Meet with us: we will be meeting organisations in different parts of the borough over the next month (contact us to find out more).
