This survey is to help NHS Ayrshire & Arran and Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust understand what it is like to access cervical screening (a smear test) when you have a physical disability.
This survey is open to women and people with a cervix who:
· live within the Ayrshire and Arran Health Board area, and
· are eligible for cervical screening (aged between 25 – 64 years), and
· have a physical disability.
Whether you have had a positive or a negative experience of cervical screening, or have chosen to not attend, we would like to hear your thoughts and experiences. This will help Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust develop their services, and will inform cervical screening best practice in NHS Ayrshire and Arran.
For brevity and clarity, this questionnaire will use the word women to refer to all people with a cervix. If you have any questions, would like any assistance completing this survey, or would like a Word document version of this survey, please contact Scotland@JosTrust.org.uk.
Thank you for taking part in this survey.
