Self Certification of Training Completed
Get paid for completing training, including on-line training and webinars.
AbleCare Homes recognise that all staff training completed is a valuable asset in helping us to provide the best possible care for our residents. It also supports our teams to achieve increased job satisfaction and can help those at every level of our organisation to follow their chosen career path. In recognition of the difficulties in organising in-person training during Covid-19 and as part of our drive to upskill our staff teams, we will be making a discretionary grant to those who complete training and let us know by self-certifying they have engaged in webinars and remote training and return relevant questionnaires.
Please tell us about yourself and the training or event you have completed. We will assess whether you have provided the required evidence if a questionnaire is available.
You will receive a cash grant via payroll, per subject completed, depending on the amount of time taken to complete (based on Training Manager experience of average completion times). Most subjects including Care Certificate modules will entitle you to £10, short video links such as Donning & Doffing PPE will earn you £5, whilst you could qualify for up to £25 for longer courses.
