How are we supporting the public and staff?

About the survey

Mental health is a huge priority today across all walks of life.

Our latest research focuses on how mental health is affecting the control room – looking at the current conditions including demand from mental health, how it’s changing and what resources are available to support those responding to the public when in need.

On a related note, we also want to better understand how staff in the control room themselves are supported in maintaining their own positive mental health and wellbeing and what can be done to further support people.

The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous.

Who should take part?

The survey is about mental health and wellbeing, particularly in critical and emergency control rooms. It is best answered by people working in or managing this environment.

Your responses will be kept anonymous and form part of a detailed whitepaper. This will be published on our website and in our monthly newsletter. To register for the newsletter, please send us an email.
