Your Adoption Plan sets out your training and development needs for your access to JICMAIL data. It represents a shared commitment to helping your teams maximise the value gained from JICMAIL. The training specified here carries no cost, but for agencies and intermediaries, having an agreed plan in place, is a condition for continued accreditation and access.
